Oriental style in the interior has a special magnetism, thanks to which the room is perceived as something fabulous. Fans of this style direction strive in every possible way to convey all the magic of the East in creating the design of their own home. The aesthetics of Asia and Africa have always attracted special attention from European peoples. This style is considered a great idea for decorating a country house or apartment.

When mentioning the Far East, many immediately imagine scenes from popular fairy tales. But this style includes not only Arabic motifs, but also Asian ones. The philosophy of many exotic countries is clearly visible here. It should be noted that the style in question is a combination of two completely different cultures. Each of them has unique and characteristic qualities that reflect a certain way of life. Before moving on to arranging a home in this style, you should take a closer look at its intricacies.

What is oriental style? Let's dive into history

This direction in architecture and design was actively developed in China, Indonesia, Japan, Vietnam, the Philippines, and Malaysia. But if you clearly divide, there are 3 directions:

  • Chinese;
  • Japanese;
  • Colonial.

Today, the oriental style is popular thanks to Feng Shui (Chinese style). It is characterized by a clear organization of space, giving each detail a special place in the room. Everything here is clearly ordered, but at the same time it looks alive and attracts attention. When arranging the interior, as well as the local area, neat, miniature elements are used. This is due to the size of the country and the inability to use massive, large objects. This is confirmed by minimalism in the interior, the arrangement of miniature ikebanas and gardens.

What can be said about the architecture in oriental style house designs?

The architecture of such buildings shows the interweaving of several directions. This is due to the fact that religious, political, cultural and social factors had a huge influence. Today there is a division of eastern architecture into:

  • Moorish, which intensively developed under the influence of Berber and Spanish. The White Mosque in Cordoba, the Alcazar Towers, and the Grenada Palaces are striking examples of this trend.
  • Islamic, which fully manifested itself in the construction of mosques and structures intended for Muslim worship. They, in turn, are quarterly, open (Namazokh), Juma mosques, etc.

The design of houses in the oriental style began to actively gain popularity in the 18th century. Even then, Europe's attention was captured by magnificent patterns, expensive fabrics, interesting decor and combinations of rich colors. A new trend for that time lingered for a long time at the peak of popularity - to this day it attracts the attention of true connoisseurs of beauty, chic and comfort.

What does the interior of an oriental-style cottage look like?

  • The living room should be spacious, bright, and create a friendly environment. It is typical for Asia to use bamboo floors, but in modern buildings this is the usual high-quality covering - laminate or parquet in light colors. It is acceptable here to place a large number of colorful, luxurious carpets, floor pillows, and install a large chandelier in the middle of the ceiling.
  • The bedroom has wide, low beds, colorful bedspreads, and small cube-shaped nightstands. The overall look can be complemented by expressive textiles (curtains, curtains) and many pillows.
  • The kitchen is distinguished by its functionality, conciseness, and simplicity. In the design of a house in an oriental style, colored glass parts and copper kitchen utensils become an integral part of the kitchen. There are tiles of different colors on the floor; it is possible to place floor vases as decoration (they should not interfere or impede freedom of movement).
  • A large room should presumably be allocated for the bathroom. The bathroom itself is located in the middle, next to it is a round table; the room is decorated using ceramic tiles in the appropriate oriental style.

Color spectrum

The homes of Japanese residents are characterized by natural shades (sakura, beige bamboo, dark walnut, water lily). Black, cherry, and brown are used as contrasting tones. The walls usually have a light matte finish. It is customary to make the ceiling here pastel.

Decorative elements in a Japanese home should also be of natural origin. These can be branches of bamboo or cherry blossoms. Fans are hung on the walls. Tokonome niches are made in the walls, where various miniature vases, figurines or other objects are placed.

House designs in oriental style - features of the materials used

To amaze and make an impression, there should not be an ounce of falsehood. Therefore, it is important that the materials used for decoration and decoration of premises are natural, high-quality, and expensive. Bamboo, stone, and wood are used for decoration; the walls are covered with marble and limestone. Exquisite items, curtains, screens are made from satin, silk, and brocade - as a result, the rooms acquire a special look, enchanting with their elegance and sophistication.

Bamboo and wood are traditionally considered suitable materials for flooring. The walls are often smooth, without pronounced reliefs, framed with semi-precious stones, marble, limestone, etc. Oriental-style wallpaper and wall paintings can also be used. It is important to consider that the latter is best done in large, large rooms, because this approach can visually make the room smaller.

Windows in oriental-style cottages are usually rectangular and made of wood. Both curtains of discreet colors (beige, blue, pink) and vertical or horizontal blinds are perfect for decoration.

When constructing residential cottages, it is worth sticking to the basic color scheme (terracotta, cream, sand), but the design of furniture knows no boundaries. The upholstery can be made in a wide variety of shades:

  • pearl;
  • brown;
  • white;
  • red;
  • green;
  • gold;
  • blue.

The decor adds even more chic to the room. Colorful fans, luxurious carpets, complemented by weapons, etc. are placed on the walls. Inlays and wood carvings decorate the furniture, making it unique. Vases with exotic paintings, jugs, bowls of incense, and figurines complete the image. At the same time, all accessories fit perfectly, harmoniously into the room, and are combined with each other.

Indian, Arabic and other styles are characterized by the use of numerous lamps (with complex carvings, made of silk, paper, stone).

BEAUTIFUL PROJECTS WITH STONE FINISHING

Natural stone is considered the most durable and durable finishing option. At the same time, walls lined with materials of natural or artificial origin have a stunning appearance, creating a feeling of respectability and solidity. The stone itself, as well as the services for its installation, are not cheap. This is the main disadvantage.

The process of facing wall surfaces with stone requires responsibility and precision from the master. Just one incorrectly laid element can cause destruction of the masonry, therefore, to perform such work, people with extensive experience and knowledge are hired, whose services are highly priced. This determines the high cost of finishing.

The use of artificial stones does not cause such difficulties when cladding the facade. This type of material is lighter in weight and easy to handle. Externally, the artificial analogue realistically imitates natural stone. Only a professional can visually distinguish them. In terms of environmental friendliness, of course, the artificial version of the material is significantly inferior.

To save money, many builders recommend combining natural stone with wood or decorative plaster. Thus, finishing costs are reduced, and the facade turns out textured and impressive.

Why not dream of a “sheikh’s home”?

Do you want something unusual, interesting and well-made by professionals? Let tradition be complemented by fresh ideas.

InnovaStroy specialists will compare the interior with the exterior and develop a cost-effective project for an elite house with a swimming pool and a garage. The facade will look light, “airy”, symmetrical, and the building itself will be spacious and voluminous. Your estate can be decorated with a beautiful gazebo in the style typical of nobles of Arab countries - a white fabric tent with Moroccan poufs and wicker chairs.

A luxurious living room will occupy the first floor, bathrooms and bedrooms will occupy the second floor. Just imagine living room walls shining with precious stones, luxurious bedrooms with huge beds decorated with fine carvings. Your bathroom will rival those found in spas, and your kitchen can easily rival those in upscale restaurants.

By designing wide sliding panels to the terrace, you can provide convenient access to the courtyard to a luxurious swimming pool, a courtyard decorated with vegetation and small statues. Artificial small ponds, the bottom of which is lined with pebbles, and fountains that decorate the yard and soothe with their murmur are also used as decorations for the territory. This approach is ideal for those who value comfort, luxury and peace of mind.

PHOTOS OF THE MOST BEAUTIFUL HOUSES WITH AN ALTERNATIVE FINISHING OPTION

Unusual materials, for example, metal panels, can be used to decorate the façade. They are characterized by long service life and ease of maintenance. Just occasional cleaning is enough.

In the pictures, beautiful houses with shiny facades look attractive and modern. To achieve a spectacular result, it is recommended to combine metal panels with stone or wood. Steel and aluminum are used as raw materials for the manufacture of these products.

Panels made of vinyl are also popular among developers. They require virtually no maintenance and are universal, which allows this type of finishing to be used for any building. Vinyl products are available in many styles and colors that imitate various textures and surfaces, including stone and wood. Vinyl is a type of polyvinyl chloride (plastic) and provides a high level of insulation. Compared to panels made of metal and wood, this finishing option is less durable.

One of the alternative finishing methods that modern designers love is the combination of different materials.

Important! When combining different types of finishes and colors, care must be taken not to disrupt the harmony of the design. Combinations of plaster and clinker bricks look optimal. Projects of beautiful houses with an attic trimmed with wood and a base made of stone look advantageous.

Exotic house in oriental style - Chinese alternative

Lovers of exoticism and harmony will certainly take a closer look at this direction. If you don’t like chaos and take a responsible approach to home decoration, value brightness and colorfulness, Chinese style will be an excellent solution. There will be nothing superfluous here.

InnovaStroy specialists carefully approach the division and organization of space “in Chinese”:

  • Often such oriental-style houses consist of one or two floors. In this case, the central entrance must be the full height of the building and can be equipped with columns.
  • A distinctive feature of the building will be the roof (this can be an original design or an imitation). Here, building-beam structures are used, rather than rafters, round tiles, with the help of which elaborate shapes, bends, and cornices are created. The latter ensure the stability of the building and protect the walls from precipitation.
  • The second floor assumes the presence of a so-called recreation area where the master bedrooms are located. If there is one floor, then these rooms should be slightly removed from the entrance (this feature was inherent in old Chinese houses).
  • Professionals will provide cozy “islands of nature” in the yard, in which everything should also be clear and according to a given pattern. The garden includes beautiful neat lawns, decorative ponds with bridges, gazebos, sandy paths, etc.
  • It is important to choose the right building materials and materials for interior cladding. InnovaStroy specialists will navigate the area, carefully study the topography and climatic features in order to come to the right decision regarding the selection of the type of foundation and construction technology.
  • A competent choice of colors will be provided (these are classic black, white, red, as well as additional gold, yellow, blue), as well as decorative elements (the symbolic meaning of each is studied in detail), and sufficient illumination.
  • A special atmosphere will be created by stylistic lanterns, vases, low antique furniture and the absolute absence of sharp corners in the rooms.

Do you strive for harmony of space, grace and simplicity at the same time, do you revere the philosophy of the East? Or maybe you want to always feel at your best, like a real sheikh? The InnovaStroy team will fulfill all the customer’s wishes, strictly following modern construction standards.

The cost of designing a country house in an oriental style will be fair and justified. Your expectations will be translated into reality in a matter of time!

Finland and Japan are located in different parts of the world, but in the traditions of building wooden houses, the inhabitants of these countries have in common the desire to harmoniously combine architecture with nature, laconic finishing and the desire to make the most of the natural beauty of wood and stone in the decor of their houses. An eastern traditional wooden house is an elegant continuation of nature, and nature seems to “grow” into the architecture. It happens that instead of a pole carved from wood, the Japanese manage to use an old real living tree, carefully fitting it into the design of the veranda. Of course, due to the milder climate, Japanese and Chinese pagodas have rather thin walls and are not insulated to withstand real frosts. The use of Finnish technologies for building houses from laminated veneer lumber, with good insulation and energy-saving windows, allows you to build real warm pine log houses that look like an oriental tea house. At the same time, the massive sloping, multi-slope roof with corners curved up completely repeats the silhouette of an exotic oriental pagoda - as a recognizable sign of the Japanese and Chinese architectural style of houses.

The projects of Finnish houses, developed by Peura specialists, have absorbed all the best that has made this type of wooden buildings famous throughout the world.

Firstly, only high-quality, natural building and finishing materials are used in their construction. This guarantees that they are environmentally friendly and reliably insulated.

Secondly, these Finnish houses are distinguished by their functional layout. Every detail has been thought out here: from bedrooms to technical rooms and traditional saunas built into the house, which sets the necessary level of comfort for the whole family.

Thirdly, the technology’s sophistication makes it possible to ensure both the efficiency of assembling a house on site on a turnkey basis and optimal prices for all projects. Separately, it should be noted that the Peura catalog of Finnish houses includes many models. They differ in design (from classic to modern, with an abundance of glass facades), area (from 80 to 200 or more square meters), number of floors and cost. Here you can choose exactly what fully meets all your expectations.

Entrance group layout.

The next important component of any site after the house is the entrance group; in this case, if we are talking about a layout with a southern facade, then I always recommend placing the entrance group in the southeast. I would like to say a few words about the arrangement of the entrance group. As far as possible, if space allows, of course, make this entrance group for two cars at once and so that they become parallel to each other, that is, as indicated in the diagram

It is always rational to cover the entrance group with a canopy; this will protect the cars from precipitation; moreover, here we tie up the gate and the gate, that is, we make a gate, we make a gate and at the same time cover everything with a canopy. If we are talking about a dacha, then a canopy is quite enough, if we are talking about a residential building that will be used constantly, then it is very rational to make a technical room here, too, in the same ensemble with a canopy.

A very convenient solution, since here you can store rubber, tools, skis, bicycles, moreover, you can set up a mini workshop and solve technical issues here where, in principle, they should be resolved, without cluttering the rest of the place with equipment and tools.

Chinese style houses: extraordinary solutions

Exotic lovers gravitate towards houses of different styles. If a bungalow in our climate is quite cool, and the houses of northern peoples are deprived of the usual comfort, then buildings in the oriental style are very interesting. Today, Chinese-style houses are built not only by brave people. This is not a formal saturation, but a special correct arrangement of all objects that create comfort and harmony.

Who chooses such a project?

Chinese style for connoisseurs. Such a house can be built:

  • Lovers of Eastern culture are people who have lived there for a long time. To create such a house, you need to be interested not so much in design and art, but to respect their philosophy and organization of space.
  • People with excellent taste. It is very important in such a house to arrange accessories and furniture correctly and not create chaos.
  • Lovers of bright colors. Chinese houses do not like halftones or pastel shades. The color should be bright and rich.

Having chosen a Chinese house project, you need to follow its style. And not only to externally make it look like a Chinese house, but also to furnish the interior accordingly and plant traditional gardens.

Divide space in Chinese

It is important to create the correct layout of a Chinese house. It assumes the presence of one or two floors. Moreover, in a two-story building, the central hall extends to the entire height of the house. It is often supplemented with columns. The second floor, as in European houses, is given over to the living quarters of the owners of the house. If it is a one-story building, then they try to place the bedrooms away from the entrance. This layout was typical of old Chinese houses, which they most often try to recreate.

It is very good if the project includes courtyards. They can be closed or semi-closed. These are small islands of nature. It is very important to set up the right garden: with gazebos, sandy paths, a lawn, a small pond, and possibly a bridge.

Interior decoration

Most often, houses are built from wood - such material is not difficult to veneer. It is important for a Chinese home to choose the right combination of colors. The classic ones will be black, red and white. Red is the primary color. The rest are chosen very carefully. If your home decor includes Chinese tiles and figurines, then you need to find out exactly what symbolic meaning they have.

Individual rooms can be decorated in blue or yellow. Gold has always been a sign of the power inherent in the imperial caste, and the nobility decorated their homes with blue. With such rich colors, it is necessary to take care of lighting. The windows should be large. Doors and windows covered with paper are often placed between rooms, so more light will enter the rooms.

Asian-style houses tend to have an abundance of symbolic objects. Antique furniture, preferably low, sofas, lanterns, figurines and vases will create the right spirit. You should also avoid sharp corners. If it is necessary to change visual angles, objects are installed diagonally.

The roof is the trademark of the house

You can immediately distinguish a Chinese house from another by its roof. It is not that difficult to build a real Chinese roof, although today it is possible to make an imitation. A wide variety of building materials will help bring this idea to life. You can learn how to build a roof for a house on specialized websites.

Chinese roof design diagram

This roof has several differences from the ones we are used to:

  1. Using post-and-beam construction rather than rafters.
  2. Round tiles. It is convenient to fasten it together, and this shape also allows you to create cornices, joints between planes, and decorate the ends of the knowledge with special Chinese figures.
  3. Heavy cornices. The structure always protrudes far beyond the walls of the house. This was not done by accident. This improves the stability of the house and protects the walls from precipitation. To support the weight of the cornices, special beams are placed outside the building.

A Chinese-style roof can decorate not only a house, but also a gazebo in the garden. Perky upturned corners, tiles and columns will attract the eye and prepare guests for what awaits them inside. A tiled roof is also a sign of wealth. Poor people in China could only line their roofs with reeds.

Fast Home

Sometimes you want to save time on creating a project and building a house. For this purpose, prefabricated houses were developed. Upon request, a design, assembly instructions and all the materials necessary for this are delivered. There are now many manufacturers of such houses. But the cheapest prefabricated houses are from China.

Not long ago, samples of a miniature house were presented. It has everything you need for life: a bed, a bathroom and a kitchenette, and at the same time takes up little space. True, there was no place for traditional Chinese style in the design.

Great variety of layouts. You need to be careful and choose houses only from trusted suppliers.

An interesting version of the house was chosen by one very enterprising resident of China, however, this villa on the roof of the house then had to be dismantled

A house with a twist

Chinese-style houses are designed for those who respect their philosophy and strive for harmony of space. The house will be very different from usual projects, both in interior and exterior decoration. They require special attention to the adjacent area.

Chinese style house and roof designs

Chinese style. What is he like?

Having decided to build a house in the Chinese style, you need to be faithful to it to the end. After all, the main feature of the style is the philosophical meaning of the surrounding material things. Each detail is ordered and harmonious, transmitting one or another energy force according to the teachings of Feng Shui.

The beginning of a unified system is taken already in the natural landscape on which the future building will be located. A Chinese-style structure should blend in with the surrounding landscape and look as natural as, for example, trees or flowers in a garden.

Therefore, Chinese architecture is characterized by smooth lines, the use of natural materials, and natural colors.

Natural wood was often used to decorate the exterior of the house, which was coated with bright red or black varnish.

The recognizable shape of the Chinese roof has a high roof with steep slopes, which is due to the natural feature of the Celestial Empire - frequent heavy rains, as well as the philosophical side, where mythology associated with dragons occupies a very important place.

A Chinese-style house should be permeated with sunlight. For this purpose, it is not even customary to curtain windows, and window openings are made of large sizes.

The use of gold-plated and mother-of-pearl details in the design is typical. A typical decorative element is images of dragons. The image of a Chinese house will not be complete without the typical street lanterns, decorated with tassels and painted with hieroglyphs.

Chinese style house project in a modern application

Look at the photo of our guest house with elements of the surrounding landscape. The area near the building is decorated with winding stone paths; the same smoothness of lines can be seen in the structure of the house itself and its component parts - from the curved roof, ending with ornate images of dragons on the corners of the roof, decorative balls of the terrace fencing, concave table legs in the barbecue gazebo. The presence of stones in the exterior can be mistaken for a stone garden.

The roof is designed only as an imitation of the Chinese one (without the use of special construction technology, far protruding corners and multi-tiered structures).

The design of our Chinese-style house uses facing bricks, natural stone, wooden consoles, flexible tiles, decking boards and natural noble wood.

The entire exterior of the building is planned on a “natural” harmonious contrast of light and dark (almost black) shades of natural wood, which fit so naturally into the natural landscape.

A characteristic feature of the Chinese style are large window openings, ready to warm the inhabitants of the house with life-giving sunlight. The glass is decorated with an abundance of crossed perpendicular lines of the frame binding, forming rectangles of different sizes. Such elements are also typical of Chinese homes.

The shine of mother-of-pearl is present in the design of decorative balls on the terrace fencing. The red color in the exterior is only indicated in the decor by hieroglyphs and tassels of street lamps.

Internal structure of the guest house

The interior layout of the guest house project is no different from any country cottage. There is a vestibule, a living room-kitchen-dining room, a bedroom, a dressing room, a bathroom, as well as a covered terrace with a barbecue gazebo and a woodshed for pleasant outdoor meals.

The total construction area is 152.5 sq. m. m.

An integral element of any country house - a fireplace - will be located in a cozy living room-kitchen-dining room. Combining three rooms will make the room brighter, more spacious and convenient for serving guests.

Conclusion

Chinese-style houses in modern architecture have received a new wave of distribution thanks to the currently fashionable hobby of Feng Shui. The territorial proximity of China and Russia has always contributed to the significant influence of centuries-old Chinese traditions on our culture.

Living in a house built in the Chinese style will be comfortable and easy for seekers who strive for harmony, and even those prone to mysticism. Proximity to natural principles is the best way to promote relaxation and filling with internal energy.

Try to plunge into oriental exoticism and bring the harmony of Feng Shui into your life.

Chinese style guest house project

Architectural design of a guest house in a private cottage complex made in the Chinese style, Moscow region.

The oriental style in the minds of most individuals includes exoticism, bright colors, songs and dances. These include the culture of China, Morocco, Turkey, Japan, India, and the United Arab Emirates. These countries have always attracted tourists with their love for their traditions, despite fashion trends. The oriental style in the interior has always stood out for its color and comfort, so modern housing decorated in this style will always be appropriate.

Oriental style is a rather vague concept. It is mainly divided into:

  • Arab;
  • Asiatic.

The room with an Arabic-style interior contains the following elements.

  • Lots of small details.
  • All colors are rich and catchy.
  • All lines are streamlined, there are no corners.
  • The ceilings are vaulted.
  • There is a large amount of ornamentation and carvings.
  • A large number of different textiles are used in the design.

In such a room you want to relax, unwind, and escape from extraneous thoughts.

The room, decorated in Asian style, is distinguished by its minimalism. It is characterized by:

  • large windows letting in a lot of light;
  • a minimum amount of decor and furniture.

Separately, we can say about Japanese and Chinese styles. They are distinguished by their restraint and conciseness. More minimalist - Japanese. The room, decorated in Japanese style, is dominated by natural colors: white, gray, brown, beige.

The interior of the Chinese style is distinguished by the use of a large number of bright colors such as red, yellow, green, and blue.

People with different life principles, financial status, and political views can be lovers of oriental interiors.

Layout of terraces.

Now that we have two main zones, that is, the zone where the house is located and the zone where the entrance group is located, we must finalize the layout by adding all the secondary zones to it. We immediately decide where it is possible and, in principle, necessary to locate terraces. Regardless of what kind of plot you have and how the house is located, the most successful places for terraces will always be the eastern and southern parts. Therefore, we first write a terrace on the plan near the house, that is, we show ourselves where we can place the terraces.

Distinctive features of the room design

For people who are not familiar with the subtleties of design, the concept of oriental style includes all its subtypes. But, it is still possible to identify features that are unique to this direction.

Zoning.

The design of a house or apartment should begin with the distribution of functional zones. If the room is spacious, then it can be divided. For example, the living room. Traditionally, it can be divided into a place for relaxation and a dining room. Everything is combined in a small room.

The “king” of the relaxation area is a huge sofa. For convenience and comfort, a large number of pillows are provided. The upholstery is always smooth, pleasant to the touch, and in rich colors. A wide, low table is installed in front of the sofa. You can put a hookah and treats on it. The same piece of furniture can be placed in the dining room.

Decoration of walls, ceiling, floor.

When decorating rooms in an oriental style, you need to stick to 2 options: use bright shades or pastels. Natural finishing materials are preferable: bamboo, wood, some types of metal. Relief is not necessary for the walls; they can be in warm shades: sand, cream, beige.

You can “put” stone or wood on the floor. The ceiling is usually white, but you can play with contrast and make the floor and walls the same color.

You can place several large dark beams on the ceiling.

The oriental interior is distinguished by smooth, soft forms with painting applied to them. The ceiling can be suspended, have several levels; the use of decorative overlays with a variety of imitation is popular.

The walls can be painted or covered with wallpaper. Preference is given to materials made of gold, silver, and with eye-catching ornaments. The wallpaper can be plain, but the shade must be warm: gold, orange, brick.

The wall can be decorated with colorful carpets, ostrich feathers, ancient weapons, and knives.

Furniture.

In oriental interiors, they prefer furniture made from natural materials.

Massive soft sofas are installed when decorating a room in Arabic, Moroccan, Indian styles. In all other areas, preference is given to small ottomans and armchairs. For upholstery, materials such as silk and velvet are used.

The Indian interior also stands out with its smooth lines. Chinese and Japanese, on the contrary, highlight straight lines, squares, rectangles; you can install wicker furniture.

Decor and additional accessories.

All types of oriental style in the interior pay great attention to detail. However, every little thing has a specific meaning. Portraits and sculptures of people are excluded. The most preferred are ornaments. They can be anything and can be applied to almost anything: furniture, dishes, textiles, clothes, carpets, tablecloths.

A large carpet with ornaments is highly valued in the East. They can hang on the wall or cover the entire floor.

Accessories can be lamps of different sizes, on which embossing, beads, silk threads, traditional hookahs, jugs, porcelain cups, dishes for sweets, chandeliers, vases of different sizes are applied. Accessories made from bamboo are very popular.

Ideally, a small fountain, an aquarium, a waterfall, or an artificial pond would fit into a room decorated in an oriental interior.

As bright accents, you can place paper lanterns and massive fans around the perimeter of the room.

The atmosphere of a fairy tale is created by a large number of colorful textiles: cushion covers, sofa and chair covers, curtains.

Layout of functional areas.

Now we must plan recreation areas, I think there should be two zones, a quiet relaxation area and a noisy area. A quiet relaxation area can often be represented simply by a terrace where you can relax, put a dining table in the summer, and spend most of the day there with your family and loved ones in the warm off-season. If the plot allows, then I always recommend making a small separate quiet relaxation area not far from the house, this could be the simplest, but preferably a covered gazebo, which you can braid with vineyards and this will be just the perfect place to sit, drink a cup of coffee, relax, chat with a family. With a very high probability, such a gazebo will become your family’s favorite place in the summer, as well as in the off-season. Therefore, in order to simplify the logistics of movement, such a gazebo should be as close to the house as possible. On the other hand, there should always be a noisy recreation area in which you can walk, build a bathhouse and actively spend time with your friends and family. In the noisy recreation area we can make a sauna, install a summer kitchen with a canopy and a barbecue, it can also be used as a guest area, that is, by building, say, some small 3X3 house with a canopy and a barbecue, we can, firstly, actively relax there, secondly, we can arrange a sleeping place there and the guests who come to our home, let’s say there is no room in the house already, this will be an ideal place for guests to calmly relax and spend the night. Ideally, such a zone should be equidistant from the house and from the entry group; making it closer to the entry group is wrong, since here we should, in principle, rest, and the entry group is still more of a technical zone that does not invite rest.

We should never forget about the children, we have children, children will have children, guests with children come to us, so we always need to organize a separate place for the children where they can relax absolutely normally. I always recommend placing the children's area where it can be easily viewed from other areas; this is done so that parents always have the opportunity to have visual contact with their children. If you deliberately plan the location of a high-quality bench-type swing on the playground, that is, a swing on which several people can be and use at the same time, then not only children, but also you, your family and loved ones will be able to use such a swing when you relax in a noisy recreation area . If you plan to engage in some kind of economic activity and the technical premises that we have in the entrance group are not enough for you, then you need to provide a place and for the economic zone the ideal place for such a zone would be the far part of the site. If we look, we have an unloaded zone in the northeast, and here we have an economic zone. This is where the principle of uniform loading comes into play, that is, as much as possible, you should load your site evenly with zones and buildings; never try to lump everything into a heap, leaving the rest of the space open for gardening, garden beds, whatever. Such uneven planning can never be called comfortable.

Bedroom decoration

A bedroom decorated in oriental style represents lightness. It is distinguished by the following factors.

  • Lightweight, weightless fabrics.
  • Natural materials.
  • Geometric lines.
  • Low placement of furniture.
  • Bright, rich shades.

The main decoration is a massive canopy bed. Thick curtains with tassels and fringes are hung on large windows. There must be a lot of accessories and additions: small colorful pillows, carpets and runners, lamps, floor lamps.

Living room decoration

Classic Europeans will be unfamiliar with the oriental style of the living room. The color palette used is very colorful and rich, preference is given to such shades as red, orange, ocher, peach, emerald, aquamarine, honey.

The walls of the room will look expensive and chic if you use silk-screen printing for decoration. You can also simply paint them in a warm, natural shade. In a Chinese interior, you can play with contrast and make one of the four walls brighter.

If the room is large, with high ceilings, then you can make them dome-shaped. Details are decorated with ornaments, paintings, and a variety of lighting fixtures.

The floor is decorated with parquet boards or ceramic tiles. The colors and patterns of the finishing material are selected to create a meaningful pattern. When decorating a Japanese or Chinese style, cork will look harmonious.

The living room must have upholstered furniture. The owner himself determines what it will be - luxurious or discreet. The upholstery can be decorated with silk thread.

Additional items may be:

  • stools;
  • low tables;
  • cabinets;
  • wall and floor shelves;
  • fireplace.

It is for tea drinking that you can install a wide table and next to it, lay out several small pillows on the floor.

  • Basic preferences.
  • Shades should only be warm.
  • You can highlight several accents with bright colors.
  • Working materials are only natural.
  • All furniture is on low legs.
  • A large amount of textiles.
  • A large number of different dishes for tea drinking.
  • All shapes are smooth and rounded.

The interior of a kitchen in an oriental style is easy to create yourself. It is enough to use a small mosaic when decorating a kitchen apron; it is better if the wallpaper is silk, but it can also be made of paper or panels, preferably cork. Decorative vaults, beams or gratings are suitable for the ceiling; the color scheme can be any.

Windows play a big role in decorating a room. As an option, replace regular glass with frosted glass, apply several hieroglyphs or an oriental ornament to it. You can protect yourself from the sun using bamboo curtains.

PHOTOS OF BEAUTIFUL HOUSES WITH CLINKER BRICK FINISHES

Clinker bricks are gaining popularity among developers every day. This material is environmentally friendly. It is made from natural raw materials - clay, which is fired in ovens at high temperatures.

Due to special production technology, clinker bricks, used as finishing and building materials, acquire unique properties. It has a dense structure and is characterized by an almost complete absence of voids.

Thanks to this, the brick is reliably protected from the penetration of harmful substances from the environment. Thus, the service life of the products is significantly increased, not only as external cladding of the facade, but also as a reliable building material.

The most beneficial advantages of clinker bricks:

  • high sound insulation rate;
  • heat resistance;
  • increased wear resistance;
  • simple care system.

There are many options for clinker bricks. The differences between the products are in shape, colors, and sizes. This variety of assortment can be effectively used to your advantage by combining different shades when decorating the facade.

Decoration of the hallway and loggia

When you first enter a house whose corridor is decorated in an oriental style, you may be very surprised and confused. A large number of lighting fixtures, vaults, and arches catches the eye. A great place to play with contrast. Walls painted in light colors can be diluted with dark beams or panels, images of sakura, and ornaments. The lighting should not be too bright. Ideal if it is muted. If the hallway area is small, one lighting fixture will be enough. If more than 3-4 meters, a larger quantity will be needed.

Recently it has become very fashionable and practical to design a loggia as a separate room. The designer is offered a huge number of ideas on how to design it. This could be a place to relax, an office, a bedroom. All surfaces can be covered with wood, textiles, bamboo. It all depends on the financial capabilities of the owner. Light colors can be diluted with brown, gold, and purple.

Having decided to create an oriental-style interior in your home, you must remember that it will always create a feeling of a fairy tale, a mystery, a holiday; you will always have bright colors and meaningful ornaments before your eyes. The room will be calming and relaxing. For a complete feeling of relaxation, you can install candles or sticks with the scents of patchouli, jasmine, orange, and cinnamon in the room.

The engineering part of the project is divided into several parts

  • Water supply and sewerage (WSC)
  1. water supply scheme
  2. sewerage diagram
  3. general view of the system.

Before starting design, it is necessary to decide what kind of communication will be - individual or connected to a centralized system.

Individual water supply provides complete independence from external conditions. But you must remember that you will need your own water sources, and drilling a well will cost a decent amount.

Connecting to a centralized system will require developing a project in accordance with the technical conditions of the existing network and obtaining permission to connect.

When connecting a sewerage system to a centralized system, the procedure is the same as when connecting a water supply: submitting a request to the relevant services, developing a project, obtaining permission to tap into the system. If you decide to organize an individual sewer system, then from time to time you will have to invite a sewer service.

  • Heating and ventilation (HVAC)
  1. heating diagram: calculation of the required equipment power, distribution diagrams of heating mains, location of pipes and radiators
  2. ventilation diagram: connection to power electrical equipment, ventilation communications and shafts, passage nodes and, if necessary, placement of stoves and fireplaces
  3. boiler piping (if necessary)
  4. general instructions and recommendations for the section.

If the ventilation system is always an individual design, then heating can be either individual (stove, air, water, electric) or connected to centralized networks.

  • Power supply (ETR)
  1. lighting wiring
  2. power network wiring
  3. ASU diagram
  4. grounding system
  5. detailed description and characteristics of all system elements.

Electrical systems can be divided into mandatory and optional. Mandatory items include interior and exterior lighting, ventilation, air conditioning and electric heating systems. Additional systems include systems such as “Warm floor” or automated gate control.

IMPORTANT

  • Each part of the engineering section of the project must contain general and technical descriptions, specifications of materials and necessary equipment.
  • Drawings of elements of all systems and floor electrical wiring are made on a scale of 1:100.
