When mounted to walls, the foil must be in contact with the surface; only in this form is it considered most effective. The scope of application of the material is quite wide, because it can be used for various purposes.

The only difference between basalt wool is its thickness. Depending on this indicator, the characteristics of the material may vary. The thicker the layer of cotton wool, the better it retains heat.
