Pressure standards:
- cold water - 0.3–6.5 atmospheres;

A decrease in water pressure can occur due to various circumstances. Research should be carried out separately for hot and cold water supplies, since the factors that caused a decrease in pressure in the pipes may differ.
Cold
Reasons why water flows poorly from a cold water tap:
- Improperly designed plumbing. When developing a pipe laying scheme in a private or apartment building, mistakes were made and water does not reach the consumer in full.
- Reduced pressure in the main pipeline. Sometimes industrial organizations reduce pressure due to poor communications in order to avoid their destruction.
- Repair of main pipes.

- Faulty or low-power pumping station in houses.

Duration of the procedure
The management organization must send the consumer a letter stating that the complaint has been received, and also inform about its further actions to resolve this issue within 3 days from the receipt of the complaint (RF Government Decree No. 354, clause 31).
